Muslim Demographics: Dumbest Muslim Plot Ever

Right Side News just published an article by Frosty Wooldridge which is part 5 of a rambling series.  Here are just a few quotes that outline his main thesis which is simply an ignorant rehash of the Muslim Demographics video nonsense:

Muslims, if anything, prove clever.  Those now in the U.S. know their power grows in numbers, and also aware that they are “in competition” with the burgeoning Hispanic-Latino population.  Muslims, therefore, reproduce at a rate that is much higher than other groups in the U.S.  ...  Their methods in the U.S.—use our Constitution to their advantage.  Once they gain outright population power, they intend to revert to Sharia Law.  ...  It will prove interesting when the Muslims spreading from East to West across America meet the reconquista La Raza Mexicans spreading west to east.  Both groups maintain a mission of conquest.  Both sustain a resolve to make America their own.  ...  We rush toward an insurrection in the U.S. as the Muslim and Catholic (Hispanic-Latino) powers finalize their plans to confront one another.  My guess: this mess will explode in 2011—2015, after the U.S. Congress district boundaries are thrown into chaos as a result of the 2010 census.”

So there you have it - the Hispanic population of the U.S. is not simply growing, but that growth is part of a sinister plan.  This is also true of any growth in the Muslim population.  How does this fellow know the rate at which American Muslims reproduce and whether or not it is higher than the average?  He doesn’t say.  But it appears that once Muslims have succeeded in growing their current 1% of the population of the U.S. to a majority, then they will “revert to Sharia Law”. 

So, if there are currently about 5 million Muslims in the U.S. and about 300 million total population - 1%.  I am not a mathematician, but looking at geography.com’s information on current growth rates for the U.S., it seems that the U.S. population should double in about 77 years (i.e. by 2086).  If the Muslim population doubles at the same rate, then there will be 10 million Muslims out of a population of 600 million - 1.6%.  If the Muslim population increases at twice the norm, then it is possible that there could be 20 million Muslims out of a population of 600 million - 3.3%. 

No matter how I look at the numbers, whoever these Muslims are who are planning a population takeover of the U.S., they will have a long wait, as it will take hundreds, or perhaps thousands of years to reach their goal.  This is the stupidist racist crap I have ever seen.

Politifact debunked one of those chain emails which falsely claimed that “In 20 years there will be enough Muslim voters in the U.S. to elect the president by themselves.”

Just when you think things couldn’t get any weirder - U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-TX, said on the floor of Congress last week that terror cells are plotting to breed future terrorists inside the United States.

According to a study in Denmark “A long-time trend of fewer births among immigrants means that their birthrate is now lower than for ethnic Danes. While Danish women have 1.9 children on average, non-Western immigrant women have 1.6.”

This idea of Muslims taking over has now hit an all time low in craziness.  According to Islamophobia Today,  “This week, Lipkin and Special Guests sent an email to television and radio bookers pitching the biggest story of all time:

According to Arabic language broadcasts intercepted and interpreted by Lipkin and his team, “The Moslem world is saying that President Obama wants amnesty for the current Hispanic 12 million illegal immigrants in the US in order to pave the way for the next wave of tens of millions of illegals from the Middle East to the United States, leading to 50 to 100 million Muslims living in the US before the end of Obama’s second term, which will be brought forth by these new US citizens voting for their savior, Obama.”

  ...  “Avi Lipkin, who also goes by the name Victor Mordechai, claims to have “a source with a senior United Nations official” (whatever that means) who says that the United States “will be a Muslim country by the end of Obama’s second term.” This grand plan is so organized that it even has three parts. Phase One: Obama foments unrest in “each Middle East country” so that these regimes are toppled and replaced by “fanatic” Sunni Mulsims, who go on to “overthrow the competing Shiite regime in Iran without involving American troops.” Phase Two: A massive exodus of Muslims heads toward Europe, Canada, and the Unites States, turning all of these Western nations into Muslim countries. Phase Three: The nations now controlled by Islamic extremists “march on Israel in an effort to destroy it” and Obama “keeps his promise…to destroy Israel.    Of course, there’s a YouTube video (embedded below) that explains Lipkin’s scoop. Recently, Robert Spencer’s Jihad Watch published an article by Nicolai Sennels once again raising the specter of Muslim demographics.  Sennell is known for his Nazi-style propaganda against Muslims.

It is interesting that they are bringing up this thoroughly debunked theory again at about the same time as Worldcrunch published The Myth Of Soaring Muslim Fertility Rates.

Eleanor Bader of Reality Check reports that a Swedish government official is “Worried about the perceived growth of the Muslim population in her homeland and beyond, she urged the European Union “to act by having some kind of restriction, like the one-child policy in China.” If Muslims don’t like the proposed rule, she continued, they can go back where they came from.”

The article discusses a number of other ridiculous claims made by Islamophobes and closes with this interesting bit of information:

Ah, yes, facts. According to Doug Saunders, author of The Myth of the Muslim Tide, [Vintage, 2012] “the family size of Muslim immigrant groups are converging fast with those of average westerners—faster, it seems, than either Catholic or Jewish immigrants did in their time. Muslims in France and Germany are now having only 2.2 children per family, barely above the national average. And while Pakistanis in Britain have 3.5 children each, their British-born daughters have only 2.5.”
As for the United States, Saunders writes that there are presently 2.6 million Muslims living in the 50 states, and while this number is expected to increase to 6.2 million by 2030, the overall Muslim population will still comprise just 1.7 percent of the total. In other words, 17 years from today, Muslims will account for the same proportion of the American body politic as Jews and Episcopalians.
