Ahmed Taha is an Assistant Professor at Wake University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He teaches Civil Procedure, Business Associations, and Law and Economics, and studies the behavior of judges, prosecutors, and civil and criminal litigants and their attorneys.

From 1998-2002, Professor Taha was a Trial Attorney in the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the Justice Department, he was a Litigation Associate at the firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto, California, and was a Lecturer in the Stanford University Department of Economics. He received both his J.D. and Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford.

Mr. Taha has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Muslim Student Network, an organization which places Muslim college and graduate students in internships in Washington D.C. He was also the co-coordinator of the Islamic Speakers Bureau in California and has spoken about Islam in over 100 churches and middle and high school classes.
