DR. MUHAMMAD KHALID RIAZ is a Director of the Sound Vision Foundation Inc. A practicing cardiologist in Illinois, Dr. Riaz holds an MBBS from King Edward Medical College Lahore. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physician. Dr. Riaz has served as President Medical Staff, Sherman Hospital, Elgin 1993. He was a member board of director Sherman Hospital, Elgin 19901993. The board oversees the organizational and financial management of this 350-bed hospital. Dr. Riaz has served as treasurer, secretary, and president of the Association of Pakistani Physicians of North America (APPNA) 1989-1992. This association deals with 5,000 physicians, surgeons, and dentists in North America. He was Treasurer/Secretary of APPNA SEHAT 1989ח1996. This health program deals with 105,000 lives. Dr. Riaz is the founding president of the Human Development Foundation (HDF). 1997-present.
