Member of the Board of Directors, Islamic Networks Group (ING). Marwa is an attorney at McManis Faulkner & Morgan in San Jose. Marwa practices in State and Federal Courts and her legal practice includes criminal defense, business litigation, land use, constitutional law, personal injury, and consumer fraud. In her business litigation practice, Marwa has represented a wide variety of organizations and businesses, including Intel Corporation, Cadence Design Systems, the Egyptian Museum, Feld Entertainment, and eDiets.com. Marwa also handles appellate work and was recently involved in the success of a published Opinion by the California Court of Appeals for the Sixth Appellate District, entitled Jasmine Networks v. Marvell Semiconductor. Marwa is President of the Bay Area Association of Muslim Lawyers (BAAML). As part of her activities with BAAML, Marwa is a speaker on constitutional rights and the evolution of the law as a result of the war on terrorism. She is also an active member of the State Bar of California, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Conference of Delegates, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
