Victoria Jackson’s TV Show Proves Hate Just Isn’t Funny

Victoria Jackson has a new gig. The former SNL comedienne now has her own web TV show - PolitiChicks to join her “Vicki goes to Washington” website in spewing hatred. So far two episodes have been released. The first was anti-Muslim/anti-gay, and the second is an “in depth” discussion of Obama’s “fake” birth certificate.

This is planned to be a weekly program and includes in addition to Jackson, pro-life activist Jannique Stewart, The Patriot Update’s Ann-Marie Murrell and editor and activist Jennie Jones.

Here are some of the highlights from episode 1:

— Jackson starts the program with a little anti-Muslim hate song accompanied by a ukelele with lyrics such as They like beheadings and pedophile weddings, And then they pray five times a day. They like to kill anyone who will Not say the things they want you to say. Sharia Law, Sharia Law, What more can be said? If you say “Go away,” they put a fatwa on your head!”
— “Islam says kill gay people that’s why I don’t get why liberals are pro-Muslim, and pro-gay. My father says that we’re lucky that most Muslims are lukewarm or we’d all be dead.”
— “We’re not allowed to say ‘In Jesus’ name, amen’ because of separation of church and state, but their religion, they’re allowed to beat up and behead their wife legally in America because we’re open to all religions.”
— Muslims want the crosses to come down at Catholic University. This is creepy. They’re creeping in everywhere.
— How is Islam a religion of peace? What’s peaceful about believing that your mission in life is to kill people - anyone, anywhere, for any reason?
— “All Muslims aren’t terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims. That’s just a fact.”
— “I love Muslims. I only hate what they believe.”
— Right after “I love Muslims” - “have you ever noticed that they’re are all bitter? They have no joy?”
— “I just found out that Snopes is owned by George Soros.” (in a rant about why you can’t trust Snopes debunking of any rumors).
— “Muslims shout ‘Allahu Akbar” before they kill meat. Well, you know what else they say that before? Or, you know what else they, uh, when they say that what else they say that before they, you know. Before they kill people. On planes, yeah. On 9/11.”
— “Well, I think the Obama administration encouraged the… the thing built on 9/11, Ground Zero, and mosques are built on sites conquered by Muslims.”

The ridiculous lawsuit against Catholic University was not brought by Muslims, and in fact Muslims defended the University against this publicity seeking stunt by a non-Muslim attorney. (See Charges Against Catholic University Were Not Made by Muslims

Snopes is not owned by George Soros. Snopes response to this charge is that The snopes.com web site is (and always has been) a completely independent, self-sufficient entity wholly owned by its operators, Barbara and David Mikkelson, and funded through advertising revenues. Neither the site nor its operators has ever received monies from (or been engaged in any business or editorial relationship with), any sponsor, investor, partner, political party, religious group, business organization, government agency, or any other outside group or organization.

About the supposed legal right of Muslims in America to beat up and behead their wives - see the entire American Judicial System and the Constitution of the United States. Thank God, we live in America, and have laws that punish criminals, and those laws apply to all of us.

The set background for Jackson’s program is a library full of books. I just wish that she and her cohorts would take some of them off the shelves and actually read them. Perhaps then, they might actually have some “facts” to share instead of insate hate propaganda. What may be the saddest part of all of this, they attempt to tie this hate-fest to their Christian faith. It may be too much to expect facts from someone like Jackson, who actually believes that President Obama is the anti-Christ who “pretends to be a Christian”, is a communist, who is actually a Muslim, and whose “private army” might want to kill her. Jackson is also the one who in an anti-Gay tirade a few months ago said “In a follow-up to her statement that Muslim-Americans are “plotting our demise,” Jackson questioned the “agenda” of media that promotes equality for all individuals, regardless of background. “I just want to know why the liberals are pro-Muslim and pro-gay,” she said. “Muslims kill gays. That’s what’s confusing to me. And the only thing I can come up with is the Muslims hate God and the gays hate his word.”

I wish that this program was meant to be satire, or a parady, or an Andy Kaufman style running joke, but it seems to be meant to be taken seriously. Whatever it is meant to be it is “in fact” a vehicle for spreading hatred. Jackson can play a ukele and wear cute hair bows while spouting this hate, but that doesn’t make it less reprehensible or dangerous. David Duke in a clown outfit would still be David Duke. Racism dressed up in a “cute” vaudeville black-face minstrel show is still racism.

Only died-in-the-wool Islamophobes like Pamela Geller could call Victoria Jackson “a conservative luminary” with a straight face. But, if you are a person who thinks that praise from someone like Pamela Geller means something, and you enjoy wallowing in hate, then sign up for the American Vision “Patriot Cruise” coming this summer where you’ll be able to hear more of Victoria Jackson (who will be an on-board leader).

UPDATE 12/27/2011

Jackson’s program is still on the air and the Huffington Post reports that in this episode Jackson said: “I just went to a briefing in Washington DC, across the street from the Capitol, at the Longworth building at 8:30 am two days ago and it changed my life. For six hours, I saw pictures and names and dates and facts and Islamic law books and Korans, Surahs for six hours and they proved to me… that the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated our highest positions in government and this is serious.”

And, who might have given this “briefing” that so alarmed her? Jackson also detailed the meeting in an earlier blog post this December. In that post, she details testimony given by John Guandolo, a former FBI agent who worked on the case against former Louisiana Rep. William Jefferson. Guandolo resigned from the FBI in 2008 after he was caught trying to score a $75,000 donation for an anti-terrorism group from a wealthy Jefferson case witness with whom he was having an affair. Guandolo now gives speeches on the existential threat of Islam, claiming that Muslim groups are using political correctness and political insurgency to stop FBI and police officers from stopping their spread of Sharia law.

Muslim group’s TN forum with feds disrupted by heckling - ... “During the keynote speech given by Bill Killian, U.S. Attorney of the Eastern District of Tennessee, audience members continually interrupted, making it difficult to understand what was said. Killian brought a PowerPoint presentation that covered the First and 14th amendments and what constitutes a hate crime, among other things. He read the First Amendment verbatim, between interruptions. ... Former “Saturday Night Live” star Victoria Jackson was among the protesters. “The Constitution and Sharia cannot coexist,” she said. “Islam is evil.”
