Abdul Malik Ryan, JD - Chair
Abdul Malik Ryan is a graduate of DePaul University with a BA in African American History, who has been involved with IMAN since its founding. He is also a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center – Juris Doctor “cum laude”. He is an attorney with the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian, where he represents children who are wards of the state. He currently serves as the Imam of the Inner City Islamic Center and continues his studies of Islam through the AlMaghrib Institute.
