Mohamed Yusuf M. Mohamed has served as a trial attorney with the Office of the Solicitor of the United States Department of Labor in Arlington, Virginia since May of 1998. His work mainly involves litigating violations of federal employment laws, health & safety laws (e.g., OSHA), and federal workers’ compensation laws (e.g., black lung and longshore). He is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He received his Bachelors of Science in Management with honors at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
