We’ve been screaming about the Mujahidin-e Khalq and the cozy “material support for terrorism” relationship that high ranking politicians have with the group for quite some time now. Other websites have been covering the story as well, particularly Salon.com, but we have not heard much from the mainstream media.
Now the Young Turks have taken up the story and are reporting on it. Cenk Uygur vents and exposes all the hypocrisies and double standards inherent in the USA’s relationship with a group that it’s own State Department has designated a terrorist organization!
Also, in a follow up to our previous story on a court ruling demanding Hilary Clinton choose between either delisting or keeping the group on the terrorist list, the Wall Street Journal reports that the Obama administration was already moving to have the group de-listed:
