Jeffrey Lang is currently an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Kansas. He converted to Islam in the early 1980s. In addition to numerous articles, he has written three books that are widely read among American Muslims. He gives lectures at various universities as well as at Islamic conferences and conventions.
